USA Special Event Description:
Race held since 1949, festival held since 1988, a month of special events leading up to the sprint car race, provides activities for all ages. Events include antique car show, big wheel race, senior citizens day at the track, concert at Paramount theater and race at the speedway.
The Little 500 Festival includes activities such as a huge go-cart race in downtown Anderson, a comedy night, children and family activities, a Fun Run/walk, a street party/dance and more.
