USA Special Event Description:
If it can fly, it's at Wind Fest! Enjoy kite flying demonstrations and kite building workshops, and see members of Wings Over Washington fly their own creations, including a 250-square-foot Para-kite and an 80-foot lobster! Also, watch the U.S. Hang Gliding & Paragliding Association defy nature with their extraordinary feats. Music, hayrides, arts & crafts and food will be available throughout the weekend.
Event Performers:
Wind Fest will feature a performance under the stars by the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra on Sunday, July 2.
