USA Special Event Description:
The 52nd Annual Fontana Days Run is classified as the "World's Fastest Half Marathon," according to USA Track and Field. It is a certified course and has attracted people from over 23 countries over 50 plus years. It is listed by Los Angeles Sports & Fitness Magazine in the 2006 November/December issue as one of the best places to run a half marathon. The Children's Half Mile Dash is a charitalble run that helps Ronald McDonald House of Loma Linda, CA.
Fontana Days Run is an all downhill race with a drop of 2,100 feet in elevation from start to finish. This challenging race will assure most their best time in a half marathon.
Event Performers:
Live musical performances from Jazz/Pop band at the end of the race at the race festival. Also there will be inflatable rides for kids to enjoy, along with a vendor fair/exhibits.

From LA: 10 Fwy north to Sierra Avenue. Travel North on Sierra Avenue to 8353 Sierra Avenue. 210 Fwy north to Sierra Avenue. Travel South on Sierra Avenue to 8353 Sierra Avenue.
