USA Special Event Description:
A wonderful weekend of great music and family fun, including Children's Activities in our Kid's Jam Too zone, sponsored by the City of Hagerstown, Maryland. Other event include a Friday Lunchtime Concert Kickoff, Saturday All-day Street Fest, Sunday Family Blues Picnic at City Park.
