USA Special Event Description:
The 1800's Western Outlaw Festival is an event to recapture the life and times of the beginning years of Laramie City. The railroad, cattle barons, Civil War survivors and all of the courageous adventurers, both poor and wealthy, that opened the West should not be forgotten as we move into the future. Homesteaders, entrepreneurs, mountain men, outlaws, and the lawful all passed through our region and their story must be documented.
