USA Special Event Description:
Crack your first lobster claw of the season at Mystic Seaports butter-dribbling, shell-sucking, quintessentially-New-England Lobster Days during Memorial Day Weekend.
Lobsters in the rough are served up Saturday to Monday, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., by the Rotary Club of Mystic. Lobster platters are served picnic-style under Mystic Seaports open-air Boat Shed where diners can watch boats cruising on the Mystic River and enjoy musical entertainment by Finest Kind and the Mystic Seaport chanteymen. Proceeds from Memorial Day Weekend are distributed to local charities supported by the club.

Located halfway between New York and Boston in Mystic, Conn. Take exit 90 off I-95 and travel south approximately one mile on Route 27. Parking is on the left.

Admission & Parking:
Lobster dinners may be purchased for $17 (single lobster) and $33 (twin lobster). Lobster platters include cole slaw, corn on the cob, drawn butter and choice of iced tea or lemonade. A hot dog platter is also available for $7. A cash bar will be available for additional beverages. Museum admission is required to attend Lobster Days. Food costs do not include price of admission.
