USA Special Event Description:
This yearly festival in downtown Toms River is the greatest way to beat the midsummer heat, featuring contestants from ice cream shops throughout the state vying for the title of New Jersey's best. Fun for the whole family, with games, rides, food and entertainment, and best of all, ice cream tasting, with tasting kits available for $7. 00 The event will run RAIN or SHINE.
