USA Special Event Description:
Imagine the soundtrack of your life, and chances are good many of the bands who performed the most memorable songs are likely to be at the 13th Annual Verizon Wireless American Music Festival this Labor Day Weekend.
For three days, music will ring along the oceanfront from 5th Street to 31st Street, providing the full soundtrack spectrum for every age and preference. The festival will continue to celebrate the wide diversity of music styles, offering performances from dance to soul to rock to bluegrass and blues.
Sundays concert celebrates the 6th Annual Rock n Roll Half-Marathon, which attracts 20,000 runners and walkers from around the world to Virginia Beach.
Headliners will play the 5th Street Main Stage.
