The Dawgs® Brand Return Policy
The Dawgs® brand stands behind all of our products for both our retail accounts and consumers.
In the event that you have a Dawgs® product with a material or workmanship flaw, for fastest service, we advise you to first check with the place of purchase for their assistance. Retailers do have their own particular return policies, however. If you are not able to return an item to the original place of purchase, you still may be able to receive service for the item directly through Dawgs®.
Returning Online orders:
We design Dawgs® products with quality in mind. The Dawgs® Brand feels the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
Dawgs® merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and invoice or receipt to receive a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color.
Some sale products marked "last chance" or "closeouts" are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Certain items carry their own return policies and the above guidelines do not apply. Please refer to the return policy information that came with your item for more details.
All sales are final on free promotional items and items priced at ten dollars ($10) or less. Item price is the final cost of the item after discounts are applied.
The Dawgs® brand reserves the right to limit returns.
Price adjustments can be issued in the amount of $20 or less in the form of store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of your order being placed for price adjustment options. Website products placed on permanent markdown (clearance or "last chance" items) are not eligible for price adjustments. We offer a one-time price adjustment if a different promotion is offered within 7 days. No further exceptions can be made to price adjustments.
Return Shipping and Procedures:
Return shipping labels are available upon request; call Customer Service at 1-866-998-4439 to request return shipping labels or email a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and the order number in any email requests. Labels will be sent to you via email. A fee of $5.99 USD will be deducted from your refund. If requesting an exchange, there will be no charge for return shipping.
Once you have received and printed your flat rate FedEx label, please take your return items to any FedEx or USPS location. Make sure to include the original packing slip/order receipt with the return merchandise indicating a refund or exchange.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the receipt of an exchange. To expedite your exchange, please call to place a new order.
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt for the cost of the item(s) less the original shipping fee.
Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
Return Terms and Conditions
Products that May not Be Returned:
- Products the Dawgs® Brand determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws may not be returned.
- Products evidencing wear, misuse or alteration.
- Size, fit, and style selection complaints. (Online orders may be an exception - please provide proof of Online purchase. I.e. your receipt)
- Salesman samples
- Returns from consumers residing outside the U.S. or Canada.
The Dawgs® Brand is not responsible for misdirected or lost packages, or any actions that result of not following the guidelines provided.
